What is driving your thoughts?

One of the things that brings people down is letting their circumstances control their thoughts. People tend to justify poor results by blaming something in their circumstances; a person, the weather, their figure, their status.

When we blame poor results on something out of our control, then we loose the ability to improve the results. As we take responsibility for the results in our life, even if it is a bitter pill to swallow, we are empowered to change. As we take control of our thoughts and talk to ourselves intentionally, we can change and change our circumstances.
